Going to OC this weekend to assess our property....it's heartbreaking to see the devastation this storm brought to the East Coast.

Monica, I pray your property survived. This was such a tragic horrible storm. All of the people there on the East Coast and everywhere that was affected, my heart and prayers go out to one and all.

Thank you so much, Teresa; that means so much! And so true! In perspective, we are very fortunate...so many people lost everything, including lives. The first responders, emergency personnel, and people helping others throughout the storm and now with clean-up and housing are true heros! My heart breaks for all those affected.

Well if you own beach front property, you are probably doing well , have great insurance, and will get a better repaired place out of all this...there is always a silver lining for some..

I'm sure those who have beach front property are insured, and will rebuild, but I'm sure it's sad for them as well. There is loss on many levels for many people and the most important thing to do is reach out, donate, and help as we can.
