  4. The Hispanic Center and the , 502 E. Fourth St., host Bethlehem Area School Superintendent Joseph J. Roy as guest speaker in a night of information on “how family, school and community can unite in order to help our youth become successful leaders.” The event, scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m., will feature a number of information tables on applying for college financial aid, the school district, the programs of the youth center and the community gardening program.
  5. , 17 W. Second St., hosts the second of its from 5 to 11 p.m. It is an authentic Hungarian dining experience featuring beef goulash, chicken paprikash, stuffed peppers, dobosh Torte, strudel and kiffles. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the South Bethlehem Historical Society.
