<p><b>Gneiding, Blizard, Bushta &amp; Co. Expands</b></p>

<p><b>Acquires Ledzinski &amp; Co. </b></p>

<p>(Lehigh
Valley, PA – July 2, 2013)---Gneiding, Blizard, Bushta &amp; Company, LLP of
Allentown is expanding its practice to a second location in New Holland, PA.
The firm has acquired Ledzinski &amp; Company, a certified public accounting
firm that has been in business for 32 years. The principal of the firm, Walter
Ledzinski, will be retiring.</p>

<p>“I
was searching for a firm that would be able to provide the same accounting
services to my clientele so that the transition would be seamless,” says
Ledzinski. “Most importantly, I wanted to offer our clients the same
professional integrity and customer care that they have come to expect from us.
I know I’ve found those qualities in the partners at Gneiding, Blizard, Bushta
&amp; Company.”</p>

<p>The
firm will assume responsibility for Ledzinski’s clientele today; however
Ledzinski has agreed to be available on a consultation basis as needed for the
next year.</p>

manufacturing. </p>

Bushta held positions with large accounting firms and also owned his own
accounting firm. He has a solid background in the public sector, serving as a
county fiscal operations manager for Carbon-Monroe-Pike County Joinder and

States Department of Justice Executive Office for United States Trustees across
the nation.</p>

<p>Partner
Robert Blizard, Jr. climbed the ladder of success quickly with a large regional
accounting firm progressing from a staff accountant to senior management.
Blizard relies on his vast experience as he provides tax and accounting
services to diverse clientele in a wide range of industries from professional
trade associations, manufacturing, and construction to medical and professional
service providers.</p>
