Eat Local: The Melting Pot

Fondue restaurant is a fun eatery for French-inspired cuisine

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Bethlehem Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

The Melting Pot – Imagine a meal that begins with fresh vegetables, bread and apples brought to your table along with an assortment of delicious cheese fondues for your dipping pleasure. Like chocolate fondue? They've got that too, in white, milk and dark varieties. And whether you're a Coq au Vin kind of guy or a Bourguignon kind of gal, you'll have the entree cooking style of your choice.

If any of your friends have already been to The Melting Pot you’re probably kicking yourself for not having gone along. A meal at this popular eatery -- which has other locations throughout the U.S. -- is not only satisfying to the palate, but is also a fun time.
