E-Z Pass-Type Gadget Being Tested at Parking Meters

Bethlehem Parking Authority has volunteers testing a gadget that makes it faster and easier to pay for metered parking.

People who often park at metered spots—a pizza delivery guy, for example—in Bethlehem may soon have an easier electronic way to pay.

The Bethlehem Parking Authority is testing Easy Park, a pre-paid electronic parking gadget similar to the E-Z Pass that drivers can use on the turnpike and other toll roads, according to a Lehigh Valley Live report.

Park Now offers free apps for Android and iPhone, according to the company's website.
