City Restaurant Busted for Ladies Night Drink Specials

Liquor Control Board cites Edge; it isn't legal to offer different drink prices to men and women.

A Bethlehem restaurant has been cited by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for offering “Ladies Night” drink specials to women, but not extending those same specials to men, according to this report on Lehigh Valley Live.

restaurant at 74 W. Broad Street was allegedly caught by PLCB agents offering drink specials on Feb. 2 and March 2. According to the published account, a male agent asked why he didn’t get the same price as the ladies he was with.
