ArtsQuest Seeks Actors for Oktoberfest

Can you speak with an authentic German accent, improvise and have fund? Then you may be picked to play characters at the next Oktoberfest at SteelStacks.

ArtsQuest is looking for actors and actresses to be a part of the fun and excitement of the second-annual Oktoberfest presented by Yuengling, Oct. 5-7 and 12-14 at the campus in Bethlehem.

Actors will portray characters typically seen at a German Oktoberfest, complete with authentic German attire, and interact with festival guests while in character.

Oktoberfest auditions will take place July 14 -15, noon-3 p.m., in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room of the ArtsQuest Center, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem.

Interested individuals do not need to prepare, as auditions will be primarily improv-based. Ability to perform with a realistic German accent is encouraged but not required, and all actors will be paid for their appearances at Oktoberfest.
