'Sweet Retreats' Travel Show Features Bethlehem Native

A former Bethlehem woman got to tour vacation spots in New York's Hudson River Valley as part of the reality travel show 'Sweet Retreats.'

Freedom High School graduate Libby Segal (class of 2006) was featured on the June 30 episode of "Sweet Retreats," a travel show on the Live Well Network, according to a Lehigh Valley Live report. You can watch the episode here.

Segal, 24, lives in Brooklyn and is an associate producer in the TV industry.

For "Sweet Retreats," Segal and a friend got to tour three vacation homes in the Hudson River Valley of New York and choose which one they would want to live in.

"Each time we rolled up to a different house, I thought to myself, “Is this real life? Do we really get to tour these houses on national TV—these beautiful, stunning homes?” Segal wrote on her blog, The Hobby Hoarder.

Segal's "Hobby Hoarder" blog focuses on her quest to become a "professional amateur" by trying 52 different hobbies in a year. She also performs stand-up comedy.
