Rain Wreaks Havoc with Summer Concerts

Tunes at Twilight show canceled, while Levitt Pavilion show is moved indoors.

Today’s soaking rains and thunderstorm threat are wreaking havoc with both of Bethlehem’s free summer concert series, which had been scheduled to continue tonight.

The Tunes at Twilight show at the Sun Inn Courtyard with the WhiskeyHickon Boys has been canceled. This is the first time in three years that a concert in this series had to be canceled, according to Loly Reynolds of the Downtown Bethlehem Association.

At the same time, the scheduled Levitt Pavilion at SteelStacks show with Cassie & Maggie MacDonald has been moved indoors to the ArtsQuest Center’s Blast Furnace Room, which is located on the building’s second floor.

ArtsQuest advises not to bring chairs, coolers or dogs to this show. Chairs will be provided inside the Blast Furnace Room.
