"Latinos make up just 5.7 percent of Pennsylvania's 12.7 million population, but account for nearly 43 percent of the population of Allentown and 24 percent of Bethlehem's 75,000 residents," said Myrna Rivera, chair of the Cultural Events Board for ArtsQuest, which is presenting ¡Sabor!. "These Latinos do not represent one particular nationality, but instead represent a culture. At ¡Sabor!, we invite everyone to come and join us as we share our culture."

¡Sabor! gets underway on Friday evening with performances by Andean folk musicians Runa Pacha, reggaeton artist Bolo Flow, Musikfest favorites Luisito Rosario y Su Orchestra and Latin jazz legend Sandoval.
