“We’ve seen incredible success during our first year of business,” said Matt Salowski, the event center’s general manager. “It’s because of our fans support that we’ve been able to bring world class entertainment to the Lehigh Valley.

“We’re expecting more shows to be announced for May and will continue to bring A-list headliners throughout the year,” Salkowski added.

With nearly 20 years in the music business, Korn is set to launch a European and U.S. tour this summer. The band’s wildly popular hit “Freak on a Leash” off their 1998 album, Follow the Leader earned them their first of two Grammy Awards.

Buckcherry recently released the album Confessions, a 13-track collection of songs built around the theme of the Seven Deadly Sins. The band played a show with Fuel at Musikfest in Bethlehem in 2011.

Since the band’s formation in 1995, they’ve accumulated a string of Billboard chart-toppers, including “Crazy Bitch,” and “Sorry,” their first Billboard Hot 100 top-ten hit. The raspy voiced rockers are on a worldwide tour, which includes dates in Australia, Japan and the United States.

Buckcherry general admission tickets are $30 and tickets for Korn range from $35 to $55. Both shows can be purchased at sandseventcenter.com, the Event Center box office, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets or by phone at 800-745-3000.
