Get Out: Music, Theater and ... SHARK!

Don't worry. It's still safe to get in the water.

Dive into this weekend with a screening of "JAWS" at Memorial Pool to beat the heat. If you are afraid to get in the water, enjoy the free concert at the Sculpture Garden with the Large Flowerheads. If you’re too cool for the pool and too much a greaser for that flower power, head out to the Pines Theatre for Happy Days the Musical and revisit the Cunninghams, Ralph Malph, and, of course the Fonz.

Get ready for the Indiemade Craft Market on Saturday morning where you can find all things indie, crafty and otherwise Bohemian for sale and various indie bands performing live.

For the kids, there is more musical theater at the PA Shakespeare Festival with Sleeping Beauty. For the adults, the Pennsylvania Playhouse stages Private Lives, while the Musikfest Café hosts David Parker and the Bang Group. Love the live music, but not so interested in drama? Then you will love the live music at Godfrey Daniels with blues belter Alexis P. Suter, who insiders say blows the roof off the place every time she shows up.
