Free Valley Contra Dance

Free this time.  Optional:  bring a non-perishable donation for a food bank.  Informal, lively, sociable partner dancing with live acoustic music and a dance caller.  For experienced dancers 3:00-5:30 p.m.  New dancers come at 7:00 to learn the calls and ease right in at 7:30.  Newcomers, singles, couples, families, ages 7-77 welcome.  You don't need to bring a partner; presentable partners available on site.  To see/hear the contra scene, go to www.contrausa.com.  A Bethlehem institution for over 16 years.  The good music is an entertainment in itself.  Socialize when you sit out a dance number and at intermission.  This is our last dance for 2011.
