(Paranormal Help Experiment and Activity Research) as they search for the ghost of Sarah in the attic, collect EVP’s from the Great Room, or witness the ghostly view of Hughetta in the window.  This is a live ghost hunting expedition so bring your tape recorders, flashlight and camera if you dare!

HOOTS & HELLMOUTH AND HOLY GHOST TENT REVIVAL

  • WHY GO: These are two bands known for musical alchemy. Philadelphia’s Hoots & Hellmouth blends three part harmonies over guitar and upright base for a foot stomping good time. The Greensboror, N.C. Holy Ghost Tent Revival follows in the foot stomping tradition, adding banjo, drums and piano to their eclectic mash-up.

SOUTH SIDE MASQUERADE BALL (DOWNTOWN BETHLEHEM ASSOCIATION)

  • WHY GO: A frightening amount of fun starting at Molly’s Irish Pub for a pre-party at 8 p.m. followed by a parade to the Comfort Suite. Bring your noisemaker, masks and come dressed to the nines for this masquerade ball. Cash bar, live music and DJ’s, surprises and more!

MCCARTHY’S GHOST TEA & HAUNTED TOUR ()

  • WHERE/WHEN: , 534 Main Street, Bethlehem, Saturday, 3 p.m., Haunted Tours start at 5:15 p.m.
  • WHY GO: This is high tea with the spirits! Enjoy some of your favorite McCarthy’s lunch specialties – shanangary squash soup, smoked ham and brie sandwich and tea accompanied by profiteroles with pumpkin custard. Costumes are encouraged and visits from the ghosts are not guaranteed but a grand time will be had by all!

THRILL THE WORLD: LEHIGH VALLEY (

  • WHERE/WHEN: , 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, Saturday, Zombies check in at 7:00 p.m., Dance Party at 10 p.m. – 12 p.m.
  • WHY GO: It’s world zombification! Join the global phenomena where tens of thousands simultaneously dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” at the exact same time. The party includes a horror movie marathon, DJ dance party, prizes and more. 
  • PRICING: Registration, $25, with a request to raise an additional $25. Proceeds contributed to KEEP THE MUSIC UNDEAD, benefiting arts in public schools.

 

BOOK RELEASE, ZOMBIE CONTEST, SPECIAL GHOST TOUR WITH JONATHON MABERRY ()

  • WHY GO: Get your zombification on and bring your best undead look down Main Street for the Zombie Crawl. Costumes will be judged by multiple Bram-Stoker award winning author Jonathon Maberry at the release party for his latest book, Dead of Night. Three winners will join him on a free ghost tour at 8 p.m.
