City Council, Events at Library, Zoellner Cancelled

Winter storm prompts early closures of Banana Factory, ArtsQuest Center and library.

With a winter storm bearing down on the region and up to 8 inches of snow and sub-zero wind chills expected, numerous events planned for tonight in Bethlehem have been cancelled or postponed:

Bethlehem City Council, which was planned for 7 p.m., has been cancelled. Items on the meeting agenda have been pushed forward to the Feb. 4 agenda.

The Bethlehem Area Public Library has closed due to the weather. That means the educational session on Obamacare and the Winter Luau have been cancelled or perhaps postponed until a later date.
