The good news is that we’re done with snow until the weekend. The bad news is that it’s going to be very, very cold—a forecast high temperature of 30 degrees.

In fact, according to the National Weather Service, we shouldn’t expect temperatures to even reach the freezing mark again until Saturday when … there is a 70 percent chance of rain and snow.

Here’s what else is happening in Bethlehem today:

  • The Bethlehem Area Public Library hosts its monthly afternoon game day for adults from noon to 2 p.m. Bring a lunch and enjoy the library’s large selection of board, card and video games on the second floor of the Main Branch in the Laros Room.
  • East Hills Middle School, Broughal Middle School, Northeast Middle School and Spring Garden Elementary School will al be hosting holiday concerts starring their own talented students at 7 p.m.
  • Godfrey Daniels hosts its monthly Story Circle—hosted by the Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild—at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.
