DESCRIPTION:National recording artist\, singer and songwriter Ray Owen wi
 ll give two performances of Hats Off to America\, a musical adventure wi
 th a crew of colorful characters that step out of history and onto the s
 tage at the Bethlehem Area Public Library on Tuesday\, June 26. The Sout
 h Side Branch\, 400 Webster Street\, is the location of the first award-
 winning performance at 4 p.m. Owen entertains at 7 p.m. at the Main Libr
 ary\, 11 W. Church Street.\nRay Owen has performed with Garth Brooks\, J
 oan Jett\, Willie Nelson and other legendary entertainers. His latest al
 bum was selected for a Grammy nomination. &nbsp\;Owen combines music and
  humor to captivate audiences of all ages.\nThe family program is free. 
 The concert is underwritten by a grant from Northampton Community Colleg
 e and the National Endowment for the Humanities.\nRegistration is not re
 quired at the Main Library\, but families must show a BAPL card with the
