On Saturday, July 14th join FAULKNER CHEVROLET  as they present the Inaugural Bethlehem Rib Cook-Off and Backyard Cook Out! Broad Street will be closed between Main Street and Guetter Street, and restaurant participants will line up with their famous racks of ribs!

The event will take place on Broad St. between Main St. and Guetter St.!

Cook-off attendees will have the opportunity to sample each competitor’s different Barbecued Ribs with their “Tasting Passport”.  Passports will be sold at 1:00pm (IF they have not sold out in advance). Tickets are available for purchase online in advance for $10, and any remaining tickets will be sold for $13 on the day of the event. Tastings will be held from 3:00-6:00pm. The day will be filled with delicious food, music, beer for purchase, and the games reminiscent of the neighborhood cook-outs you had as a kid!
