President Obama delivered his 2012 State of the Union Address to the country on Tuesday night.
In a presidential election year, it provided him with an opportunity to make an early case to the American people that he should be given a second term in the White House.

On most topics, I liked what the president had to say. It is way past time for him to get tough and implement these ideals. Now in saying that. I also believe it is way past time for Americans to stop sitting on there backside and let themselves be heard. Not listening to the people in office, doesn't mean what they do won't effect you or your family. Call your Representative,Congressman,Senators,state,county,city representatives and let them know what you want.
I want jobs with wages that people can live on. There is not one job in this country less important than the next. So why is the person sitting on the phone making deals, getting payed less, than the person making the merchandise,stocking the shelves, cleaning the bathrooms? We are all connected. If one fails to do his job there is a ripple effect and it all turns into one big tsunami. The whole thing gets washed away into one big pile of waste. Pay people enough to cover there expenses and education. Give them a purpose in life. Give them some time to share there happiness with their family's and community's and we will have a blessed country again.
Mr President implement what you stated. Reward those for keeping jobs here. Penalize those who took the jobs elsewhere. They are the true threat to this country.

Great ideas..If only he could get the Republicans to work with him on these ideas..However, that'll never happen..
