Heriberto Diaz, 47, of Bethlehem was charged with homicide by vehicle and other crimes this week following a Mother's Day crash on Shimersville Road that killed the mother of one of his children, according to this Express-Times report.

Diaz is jailed in Northampton County in lieu of $150,000 bail. He was not licensed to drive and was taking methodone to treat a heroin addiction, police said.
