A Bethlehem woman is accused of forcing a 15-year-old boy to have sex with her earlier this year.

City police say Priscilla Roman, 35, of 502 E. 4th St., Apt. 2E, initiated the encounter between herself and the boy in April.

According to court records:

Roman and the boy had sex at his home on April 14. The boy told police he didn't want to, and felt ashamed and embarrassed afterward.

In an interview with police, Roman denied the allegations against her, and told investigators she had psychiatric problems. She agreed to take a lie detector test, but then later changed her mind. 

She arraigned before on-duty District Judge Gay Elwell Thursday, on charges of statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, both felonies, as well as indecent assault and corruption of minors, both misdemeanors. Roman was free on $50,000 bail.
