Celtic Thunder Singer to Perform at Hotel Bethlehem

Keith Harkin of renowned Irish singing group Celtic Thunder scheduled to appear Friday.

 

Celtic Thunder singer Keith Harkin will be the featured attraction at a special Celtic Dinner and Show at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem on Friday.

Harkin is the lead singer of Celtic Thunder, a singing group known for its PBS specials and tours of the United States and Canada.

Born in Derry, Northern Ireland and raised surrounded by music, he is a talented natural musician who began performing at the age of 4. His sound is unique - taking influences from artists as diverse as Led Zeppelin, John Martyn, Glenn Campbell, Jack Johnson and Paul Brady.

A buffet-style dinner wll feature an eight-item salad station, Guinness beef stew, corned beef & cabbage, shepherds pie served in a savory tart and the chef’s selection potato & vegetable. The dinner will be followed with an assortment of mini-desserts, coffee and tea. There will be a cash bar with an assortment of Irish drinks.

After dinner, guests will move to the hotel’s Grand Ballroom for an evening of Irish music.

Tickets for both the dinner and show are $60; the dinner buffet will be available from 4:30pm to 7pm. The concert will begin at 7:30, tickets for the concert only are available for $27.
